Norimaki Cooking Class
Skiing and snowboarding tour
スキー&スノーボードツアー in 妙高
Saturday-Sunday February 21 & 22,
It will be in Myoko Kogen Ikenotaira in Niigata prefecture. Niigata(two days, one night trip)
has beautiful snow, a great atmosphere, big mountains and lots of trails! A few teachers and some other Japanese people will come along, it will be a good opportunity to learn natural and useful Japanese with us!
Time : Meeting at 6:05AM at Coto Japanese Academy
Place :Ikenotaira onsen ski resort in Niigata prefecture
Fee : 32000yen with the rental gear, lift pass, hotel (with dinner and breakfast), travel and ski insurance and also transportation (Private bus from Iidabashi)
Strawberry picking & Mashiko pottery experience bus tour
Sunday March 8th
Strawberry picking in Tochigi, which is popular for its strawberries and a Mashiko pottery experience with a potter’s wheel. This is a charter bus tour. The application deadline is 2/25. This tour is very popular, so sign-up soon!

Pera-Pera Night /Practice Japanese with native speakers!
Saturday, March 21st
Let us study Japanese and English with 30 Japanese speakers and 30 students!
Japanese time and English time will be set up, so you can practice your speaking.
-Place: Coto Japanese Academy
-Fee: 1000yen for Coto Japanese Academy students
-Number of people: Non-Japanese 30, Japanese 30
-Snacks, and one drink
Coto’s Cherry Blossom Party
Coto’s お花見パーティー in 北の丸公園
Sunday April, 5th
We will admire cherry blossoms and have a picnic in this once-a-year experience!
This event is a must for spring in Japan.
-Place: Kitanomaru park, 8 min from metro Kudanshita sta. Exit 2
We will be near water in the park.
-Bring your own: food and drinks, a picnic mat etc
Soy Sauce Factory Tour & BBQ in Shimizu Park
Sunday, April 19th
Do you know from what and how Japanese soy sauce is made?
We take a tour of the “Kikkoman Soy Sauce Factory” in Noda-City, Chiba prefecture and have a BBQ at the nearby Shimizu Park afterwards. You can exercise there as well!
– Meeting at 9:40am at Nodashi station
-Fee: 4500yen (include BBQ food and drinks)
-Place: Kikkoman Shoyu factory and Shimizu Park in Noda-shi, Chiba-ken
-Number of people: 30 people
