This time, Ms. Yuka Togami, a Japanese cooking expert who has received the highest evaluation at Trip Advisor for her Japanese cooking workshop for travelers, will be our special lecturer! She will introduce Japanese cooking that you can prepare at home.
Menu: Okonomiyaki, Yakisoba, Tonjiru, and Onigiri

Getting know Japan! part-5 “Aomori” Night

Friday, January 23 from 8:00 pm. in Shinbashi
Get to know Japan! Let’s taste Japan together! Following July’s Okinawa Night of the introduction to Japan’s regions series, this event will be held at an izakaya in Shinbashi where you can enjoy the cooking and sake of Aomori, which is in the northern end of Honshu.
Kazuya Hirose, the owner of the very popular “Petit Bohneur” with its buffet lunch featuring organic vegetables direct from Aomori, will introduce the best restaurant for you.

Grand Sumo Tournament in Ryogoku Kokugikan

毎年恒例「大相撲トーナメント」

Sunday, February 8 in Ryogoku
The grand sumo tournament has become an annual event. The tournament is planned for a full day, so that many of you can enjoy grand sumo. There is a line up of popular sumo wrestlers. It’s a golden opportunity to enjoy the atmosphere of Kokugikan in person.
