Great snow, friendly people & relaxing onsen, why not ski with us in Niigata?

Did you know Niigata prefecture is famous for being the birthplace of skiing in Japan? Very easy to get to from Tokyo, the region is extremely popular for short skiing and snowboarding trips!

We can count over 50 resorts in the prefecture, most of them located in Yuzawa and Myoko areas, known to enjoy the heaviest snowfalls in all of Japan. You can easily check the daily reports here. Niigata is also very much liked for its many hot springs.

For the 4th time, Coto Japanese Academy organizes a ski and snowboarding trip in Myoko (2 days, 1 night trip). Some staff are joining you for this great weekend.

During our bus trip to Niigata, we hope you will join us to sing karaoke! It is a great opportunity to improve your Japanese while skiing in the beautiful Japanese mountains, famous for their slopes and good snow. After the exercise, enjoy resting yourself in the great onsen (hot springs). Beginner welcomed!
