How to Withdraw from A Recurring Booking

How to cancel all upcoming lessons and remove your recurring booking


If you need to stop taking a recurring booking due to schedule changes – you can withdraw from it. You can cancel / withdraw from your recurring booking at any time.

Please note that when you withdraw from a recurring booking it will take effect 2 weeks from the day that you withdraw.

Visit My Classes and find your recurring class

Find “My recurring bookings” tab on the right side of “My Classes” page


Click on the “Stop Recurring” button

Click on “Stop Recurring” button on the class you would like to cancel the lesson


Select the lesson date you want to cancel

Choose the date of the lesson you would like to cancel


Click on “Cancel Recurring Classes”

Once you have confirmed the date of the recurring lessons you would like to cancel, click on the “Cancel Recurring Classes” button

A notification will show up once you have successfully canceled your lesson

A notification saying “Your booking was canceled” will pop up on the top right side of the page once you have successfully canceled your lesson
