Cancelling A One-Time Private Lesson

Go to one-time classes and click the trash icon on the lesson.
  • Visit your my classes tab.
  • Filter the one-time lessons.
  • Click the trash icon, and click I can’t attend this lesson.
  • You will be given two choices – BOTH will cancel the lesson and return the points if 24 hours in advance.
    • Cancel the lesson – this cancels the lesson and returns the points if it is 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
    • Choose a different date – this cancels the lesson and returns the points if more than 24 hours in advance of the lesson time – but it will also redirect you to the browse classes page with the teacher and the day of the week activated on the filter so it is easy to book an alternative lesson time.
