If you have a problem with your lesson you can contact support by visiting the help section.
There are two ways you can do this:
- Lesson specific report: You can access and submit a report that is related to each specific lesson. This will be available after the lesson time has completed.
- General report: Use this report if you have a general question or concern related to the system. If you have found a bug or you encounter a server error you can select other.
