What is the Coto Academy Affiliate Program?
The Coto Academy Affiliate Program includes educators, students, influencers, and content creators who inspire to teach their audience how to study academic Japanese and pass the JLPT with Coto’s self-study courses. The program is FREE to join and allows you to monetize your audience and earn commissions from each new Coto Academy customer referral.

- If you think you are eligible to become an affiliate partner, sign up from the registration form below the page.
- Applications to the Coto Academy Affiliate Program will be processed.
- Login with your username and password from [Already an Affiliate].
- Recieve your affiliate link to promote our self-study courses from [My Account] > [Marketing] > [Affiliate Links].
- You will be eligible to receive a commission for a customer that you refer to a course through your affiliate link.

How are referrals tracked?
Upon acceptance into the Coto Academy Affiliate Program, you will receive your reference handle and affiliate link which will track all of your referrals. Always use your affiliate link when educating your audience about the self-study courses. When the user becomes an enrolled customer, you will earn a one-time commission.
When an affiliate successfully refers to a customer’s purchase from their affiliate link, the total number of referrals and earnings will be updated on their account page. Momoka on the left is a new affiliate, she will receive a 10% commission from her customer referral.
How much can I earn as an affiliate?
Coto Academy’s affiliates earn a commission for customers that they refer to make a purchase from our website through an affiliate link that contains a referral handle. Standard affiliates who signed up to become an affiliate from our website earn 30% commissions for each successful purchase they refer to Coto Academy. Premium affiliates – influencers who were approached by us directly earn an early adopter rate of 60% commissions.
What is the minimum amount of revenue required to receive payout?
Our affiliate is eligible for payout once their revenue balance reaches $25.00. If you do not make over $25.00 in a given a given month, we will roll over the balance to the next month until this minimum threshold is met. For example, if you make $20.00 in April and $10.00 in May, your April balance would be rolled over into May and you would receive payout for both months in June.
